Gene was a friend and client of mine so it was an easy choice to ask him to represent us for selling our home. We originally looked at Redfin to sell our house but they were not very conversational nor happy to work with us. The minute we invited Gene into our house we felt comfortable having him. He was talking about the wonderful things we liked about our house the second he walked in. Brick bungalow in Chicago, hardwood floors, crown molding and on and on. So it was a no brained we chose him to help us sell. And so so happy we did. He knew the area extremely well and could tell he has been doing this for a while. He was always so upfront with us and very honest. It was an easy choice to also work with him to buy our next home as well. And so so glad we did. We had our house under contract within 3 days of listing so kudos to this man for that. He has a great team for marketing as well. When you text him he texts you right back, pretty much every time.
He also found us a home in an area we and he knew nothing about but every time we visited it he was with us. Viewing the first time, second time, and then for the inspection. And he was very helpful with his knowledge about homes and just overall a great guy.
I not only highly recommend him but he has already worked with 2 of my close friends and closed on one and will soon to close on another!
So yes I rate Gene 10 out of 10. Very responsive, very nice, knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to and tell the truth to! Hard to come by such a genuine guy.
